Can I order samples before I decide on using Why Creative?
Unfortunately no. As we design every piece of stationery to brief, we don’t hold a stock of any designs.
However, a good selection of our previous commissions is available to view on our website in the gallery
and in more detail in the case studies.

How long will the invitations take?
Your invitations will take a minimum of 4 weeks from receiving approval on your personal quotation and deposit.

What if we don’t have the details for the menus etc when we order?
At the ordering stage, you will just need to estimate how many you think you will need. Details for what will
be printed inside will be needed approx 4 weeks before the wedding.

How and when do we pay for the stationery?
A deposit of 50% of the order value will be required on ordering. The balance will be due before the last part
of your order is despatched. You can pay by cheque or if you prefer to do a direct transfer, please phone
for details.

Will we be sent printers proofs for checking?
Digital proofs of your chosen design will be sent within a couple of days of final approval to proceed and
will need to be checked by you to give us final sign off to print your stationery.

What if I need extra invitations?
Extra invitations can be ordered but there is a minimum order quantity and unit cost are expensive, its very advisable to slightly over estimate on quantities
